We made a point to not use any shims when putting the coils on. If, later on, we need to adjust the height of either coil, we can always come back.

I eyeballed the heck out of each spring, hoping to align everything as centered as possible. Also I made sure to keep the main spring mounting screw a bit loose so I can align it later.
This was our first experience with Eikon's Tru-Spring Armature Bars. The idea is great: a precise spring mounting to maintain "consistency in (the) spring angle of deflection". This effectively gets rid of spring bending—and sore thumbs if you're stupid like myself. So adjusting speed and stroke length is relatively painless. Just pull out your Allen wrench and put on a spring of different thickness.
Kindly enough , three springs of various thicknesses have been thrown into the kit for us to mess with if need be. (0.015”, 0.016”, 0.017”)
