Tie Dye Peace Sign
This lady came in with a friend and they both wanted a peace sign. After taking some time to think, she was adamant about getting it large, outlined in black and relatively thin (so it'll be pretty), filled in with colorful tie dye and no background.
She knew what she wanted, so with such clear direction, I focused on subtle color blends and tried hard to not pull any contrast. It's in my nature to enhance contrast out of everything, but this called for the colorful pattern to fill the shape, not create dimension.
Oh, and the outline on this proved to be difficult. The skin near the stomach and hip is stretchy and finding comfortable angles, while stretching the heck out of it can be odd at least.
Wrist star

This is on her left wrist. A nautical star with black on one side of the point then purple to really light pink on the other.
Flash Skull and Flames

This is the kind of walk-in I love. The guy comes in and picks a fun piece of the wall. He asked for a "biker... Harley Davidson" look. (pardon the lighting in the shot, geez) He had that thick, darkened bike-rider skin. It lets me go over some of the shading, but getting a good contrast for that style is a little tougher. Oh, and I outlined it with a 7 round. Which added to the style I wanted.
By the way, I have some mental issue with tattoing hand drawn letters that are not perfectly shot out of the printer. I need to get past it because they can lend a lot to whatever look/feel that may be requested.
Celtic thingy

A celtic shape thing from a necklace, and some text from a wall hanger.
Names

A rough photo of tilted slightly arced names. One on each shoulder.
