Deposit / Prepay Policy

Deposit

Deposits are required for all appointments, this is applied to the cost of your tattoo (on the final appointment if multiple sittings) and holds your appointment time.

In the event that you need to reschedule, I require an email at least 48 hours in advance. I’ll move your deposit with your appointment up to two times before it is forfeited. Cancellations will automatically forfeit deposit the with no exceptions. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Please be aware I’m booking 6-12 months in advance. If you reschedule, your new appointment may occur then or later depending on availability.

Prepay

If you’ve chosen to prepay, please understand the deposit is included within the prepayment amount. This means if you cancel the appointment, the deposit and the payment processing fees will not be returned. Of course the remainder will be returned. I just ask that you use this reasonably. I’m offering the option because it’s been asked many times and has proven helpful. Please note, it’ll take me a few days to return funds, as the money is purposefully unavailable for quick access. Also, if you need to reschedule or hold off on the appointment, just communicate and we’ll absolutely figure that out!
